Understanding Boards

Boards help you organize inspirations by project, theme, or however makes sense to you.

What is a Board?

A board is a collection of inspirations grouped together. Think of it like a digital mood board or Pinterest board, but for all your sources combined - TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and more.

Creating a Board

  1. Open Inspire.Me
  2. Go to the Boards tab
  3. Tap + New Board
  4. Give it a name (e.g., "Living Room Reno", "Music Video Ideas")
  5. Add a description if you want
  6. Tap Create

Adding Inspirations to Boards

When Saving New Inspiration

  1. Share content to Inspire.Me
  2. Add your note
  3. Tap Add to Board (optional)
  4. Select one or more boards
  5. Save

From Your Library

  1. Find an inspiration in your library
  2. Tap to open details
  3. Tap Add to Board
  4. Select boards
  5. Done!

An inspiration can belong to multiple boards.

Board Features

Smart Summaries

Each board gets an automatic summary based on:

  • The inspirations you've added
  • Your personal notes
  • Detected themes and moods

This helps you (and collaborators) quickly understand the vibe.

Search Within Boards

Use the search bar within a board to find specific inspirations by:

  • Tags
  • Mood
  • Colors
  • Your notes
  • Source platform

Board Sharing (Coming Soon)

Soon you'll be able to share boards with collaborators for team projects.

By Project

  • "Apartment Redesign"
  • "Summer Campaign"
  • "Personal Brand"

By Theme

  • "Color Palettes I Love"
  • "Typography Inspiration"
  • "Transition Ideas"

By Mood

  • "Cozy Vibes"
  • "Bold & Energetic"
  • "Minimal Clean"

Default Board

Don't want to organize right away? No problem. Inspirations without a board go to your general library. You can organize later when you're ready.

Deleting Boards

  1. Open the board you want to delete
  2. Tap the settings/more icon
  3. Select Delete Board
  4. Confirm

Note: Deleting a board doesn't delete the inspirations - they stay in your library.
